THE EXECUTIVE TEAM

Martin A. Berns, CEO

Mr. Berns was the founder of MediaNet Group Technologies (MEDG), a public company, and BSP Rewards where he served as CEO and Chairmanof the Board. He has over 40 years experience as a marketing consultant, including business planning and implementation, network marketing, direct marketing and advertising. Early in his career he ran a branch office for a New York advertising agency and then established his own advertising and marketing firm. As early as the 1960's, Mr. Berns was the architect of a stamp based rewards program whose clients included many national companies.

Mr. Berns has expertise in loyalty/incentives, merchant funded internet malls and public company startups and operations.

Harvey Berman, PRESIDENT

Mr. Berman was the Founder and CEO of Concord Capital Funding, which offered many unique services to assist businesses with cash flow and working capital.

For over 20 years Mr. Berman owned and operated a successful real estate portfolio of investment properties, with experience and knowledge in acquisition, operations, financing, and rehabilitation. His success stemmed from his keen ability to maximize value by retaining high occupancy and cost controls and maximizing the capitalization value of the asset.

He has an extensive background in retail channels and served as Vice President in Operations for a New York Supermarket organization, doing in excess of $90,000,000 annually with full responsibility of profit and loss; with over 2,000 employees reporting to him directly. He was voted by Quaker Oats Corporation as one of the young up and coming top ten supermarket executives in the United States.

Frank Fennell, COO

Mr. Fennell was the President and Founder of Fennell Promotions which he founded in 1992 which he subsequently sold and ran until August of this year. He has developed and launched hundreds of B2B and B2C promotions with Millions of recipients. With a rich history of product development and point based loyalty programs, he has set records in nearly every industry he has touched. Not one to ever think only inside the box, Mr. Fennell has developed marketing strategies and promotional campaign for companies ranging from Mom & Pop to many of the largest companies in North America.

Justin Tuttle, DIRECTOR OF AFFILIATE SERVICES

Mr. Tuttle works directly with the Companies myriad of participating merchants and affiliate programs and is responsible for developing and extending relationships. He also coordinates the interactive product and merchant videos displayed on the Malls.

Eugene H. Berns, TEAM LEADER MARKETING

Eugene Berns served 23 years as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing, and a Member of the Board of Directors, for one of Florida's largest, American Stock Exchange, community builders. Mr. Berns has an extensive background in sales and marketing, and is responsible for over $4 billion of sales.

Additionally, he held many leadership positions in the shelter industry including President of Gold Coast Builders Association and was elected to their Hall of Fame. He served on the Board of the National Association of Home Builders and the Board of the Florida Home Builders Association. He is also a member of the prestigious Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM).

Dan Kallan, DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES

Dan Kallan has served as a senior manager in both marketing and operations positions, and was Director of Operations for the Institute of Advanced Medicine, Inc., an organization offering and delivering health care products and protocols. He later served as Vice President of Operations for an organization which developed extended benefits for those holding gold bullion and gold bullion coins, and subsequently became a marketing consultant with an international advisory firm.

He utilizes his marketing expertise by working directly with the company's clients assisting them to achieve maximum promotional value for their private branded program.

Scott Yardley, IT DIRECTOR

Scott Yardly has been programming since 1979. He served as project manager for eDiets and worked with them from a 7 team startup to their NASQ filing. He also served as the Systems Administrator for The Institute for Econometric Research, publishers of Mutual Fund Magazine. He has extensive background and knowledge of Cold Fusion, PHP, Database, web design and programming. Scott is in charge of the Company's IT development team.

Sergio Yanes, WEB AND DESIGN GURU

Sergio Yanes heads up our web design team. He has been creating design solutions for over 20 years. His artistic skills were developed at The Art Institute of Chicago, and later honed at the offices of high caliber advertising agencies throughout the South Florida area. He takes pride in creating eye-catching designs, visuals and animation for a variety of multi-media outlets.


BOARD OF ADVISORS

Bruce Hollander, ENTREPRENUER

Bruce Hollander, is a retired Member of the Board of Medianet Group Technologies (MEDG), Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of BioLok International. Mr. Hollander has been President and Chief Executive Officer of BioLok since 1996, and Chairman of the Board of Directors since 1998. Mr. Hollander was sole owner of Lion Wines and Spirits, a Florida beverage distributor from 1991 to 1995, and President of B.L. Hollander & Associates, a business consultant to a number of companies, including Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co., from 1982 to 1984. Prior to 1982, he was an executive with Income International, Rockwell International and General Electric. Mr. Hollander received a BSIE from the Pratt Institute, a MSEM from Union College (GE -Co-op.) and is an APICS certified fellow.

Mark Kallan, ENTREPRENUER

Mr. Kallan has been a business developer and leader for more than 30 years, involved in the organization and management of public and private companies in America, Europe, and Asia. He has founded, directed and managed public companies that owned and operated international schools, developed approximately 4,000 homes in China, and developed proprietary food and plant technology. Previously, he was the Chairman and principal shareholder of a major wristwatch company, selling to Wal-Mart, Target, QVC, and Home Shopping Network. Formerly, Mr. Kallan served in senior positions at three of the world’s largest advertising agencies, managing advertising for Carnegie Hall, MGM, Deutsche Grammophon, Bristol-Myers, Philips, Magnavox, JVC, AT&T, as well as the award-winning “Keep America Beautiful” campaign. In addition, Mr. Kallan founded and operated companies that provided diagnostics and treatments for several important health conditions in America.

Robert Boorin, PRESIDENT SMALL BUSINESS RESOURCES

In his earlier years Mr. Boorin spent 13 years in the dynamic Communication Industry with the beginning of divestiture. Bob spent 11 years at MCI Telecommunications, working in variety of positions from line sales , Branch Manager (3 of 4 years #1 in country out of 150) , Director of Agent Sales and Affinity Marketing (,growing the division from $400 million to 1.3 billion in 3 years) . Bob was Chief of Staff for the SVP of Marketing, and supported MCI’s President. At Frontier Communications, Bob was CMO, and then President of Mass Markets, responsible for Agents, Prepaid calling cards, Small business and Consumer Sales.

In 1998 Bob started Small Business Resources (SBR) with the goal of assisting leading brands with the acquisition, cross sell, and customer loyalty of their small business customers. Over the years, SBR has built a unique niche in the Banking Industry offering 20+ products solutions. Today SBR is the leading provider of Content Solutions to the top 200 Banks, providing dynamic content for their websites, e-newsletters and social media. SBR also offers unique acquisition solutions that help Banks acquire newly formed small business and well as consumers that have recently moved. Since joining the workforce in 1985,

Bob’s specialty has been selling and marketing to small business, direct and thru alternate distribution channels.

Don Barbacovi, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER MFUNDS GLOBAL PAYMENTS

Dr. Barbacovi currently serves as the CEO of mFunds Global Payment Solutions and PayCardUSA, a full service, B to B, payment solutions company. He formally headed business development for eCommLink and has over 17 years of experience in prepaid card program management and operations. Dr. Barbacovi also owned and successfully operated his own prepaid card management company, CashDISK.com.

He is a well-known product innovator in the prepaid space and under his leadership, prepaid card management companies have been able to design a myriad unique of prepaid methodologies. Dr. Barbacovi holds a PhD in Statistics and is very knowledgeable in the operations of loyalty Internet Malls. mFunds is the debit card program manager for Shop WebTV's MUST Discover Card.

Brent Gephart, PRESIDENT OF MERCHANT FIRST AND INSTANT ACCEPT

Brent is the Co-Founder of Merchant First which provides consulting and private label payment processing services for Banks, ISO’s, merchants and multinational companies. He is also the Founder of InstantAccept.com which enables merchants with the ability to accept and process payments from within QuickBooks Basic, Pro, Enterprise and QuickBooks Retail POS, as well as having designed a unique proprietary networked QuickBooks Point of Sale solution that works on any computer networked to QBS.

Brent is also the Founder of ChargeBack Alerts, a Chargeback payment fraud system and the Co-Founder of PrismPay Gateway in the U.S. and IndiaPay Gateway in Asia the second largest TPP and Gateway transaction processing company in India, focused on providing credit card, ECS, NEFT, and RTGS payments for the Banking, Utility and Insurance industries in South and Southeast Asia.

Prior to his current positions, he served as COO and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Financial Services for Innuity, Inc. where he developed strategic partnerships with fortune 500 companies to provide “private label” payment and payment gateway solutions, and stored value debit card issuing programs. Brent also served as Senior Vice President of U.S. Corporate Strategy and Outside Sale for Moneris Solutions where he worked on strategic portfolio acquisitions, ISO Sales and Telesales. He was also previously the Director of Marketing and Director of Corporate Strategy for Chase Merchant Services, the acquiring division of J.P. Morgan Chase. There he created and implemented turnkey merchant account programs for channels and ISO’s including Intuit QuickBooks, Peachtree Software, Pitney Bowes and other strategic channel partnerships, whereby his program generated over 35,000 merchants for CMS.

Brent attended Visa Bankcard Management School, and has a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Michigan in Economics and Economic Development.

Mark Grossman, ATTORNEY

Is a 30+-year business lawyer who began focusing his practice on technology over 25 years ago. Mark is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest level attainable, and was a member of the Florida Bar’s Computer Law Committee. He was chosen by his peers to appear in the last several editions of The Best Lawyers in America and is also among the 5% of all lawyers chosen to be a 2014 New York Metro Super Lawyer. Mark has written over 250 articles for publication and he authored the book Technology Law - What Every Business (and Business-Minded Person) Needs to Know. Mark started his career as a business lawyer gaining experience as a negotiator, but then began to focus his practice on technology. Currently, Mark’s principal focus is assisting Fortune 500 companies with their enterprise information technology deal negotiations. In 1998, Mark was one of three co-founders of the software company Eisenworld, Inc., which Microsoft acquired in 2006. Microsoft incorporated Eisenworld’s “PC Relocator” software into Microsoft’s Windows operating systems. A 1982 cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. Mark received his B.A., with high honors, in 1979 from Stony Brook University. He is a member of the New York and Florida Bars.
